At FreshFold Laundry & Cleaning Solutions, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled in a fair and structured manner based on service performance and client compliance with our policies.
By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Laundry Folding Services (Pre-Washed & Dried Only)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Laundry was not properly pre-washed and fully dried prior to pickup

Items had pre-existing damage, stains, or odors
-
Laundry was found to contain insects, pests, or rodents

Service was refused due to violation of our Terms & Conditions

Client dissatisfaction based on preference (e.g., folding style)
Service Quality Issues
If you believe your laundry was not folded to a reasonable standard:

You must notify FreshFold within 24 hours of delivery

We may offer a re-fold service at no additional cost
-
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
3. Cleaning Services (Residential, Airbnb, Commercial)
Satisfaction Guarantee (Limited)

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion

FreshFold will offer a re-clean of the specific area(s) at no additional cost
-
Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be reasonably corrected
Non-Refundable Cleaning Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Conditions beyond the agreed scope of work

Pre-existing damage or excessive buildup
-
Lack of access at the scheduled time
-
Issues reported after the 24-hour window
4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations made with adequate notice may be rescheduled at no charge

Late cancellations or missed pickups may be subject to a service fee

No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in service restrictions
5. Pest & Contamination Policy (No Refunds)
If laundry is found to contain insects, pests, or rodents:

Service will be immediately refused

Laundry will be returned in the same condition

No refunds will be issued

The client will be responsible for 100% of any related costs, including:

Extermination (one-time or recurring)
-
Cleaning and sanitation
-
Equipment or facility impact

6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
7. Discretion & Final Determination
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of FreshFold based on:
