FreshFold Laundry & Cleaning Solutions (“FreshFold,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides laundry folding and cleaning services designed for convenience and efficiency. By using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.
FreshFold provides folding services only for laundry items that are pre-washed and dried and does not guarantee the condition, cleanliness, or suitability of items prior to service. While we take reasonable care in handling your items, FreshFold is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear

Items improperly washed or dried prior to service

Loss or damage due to inaccurate or incomplete client instructions
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Understanding Our Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are intended to clearly outline the responsibilities of both FreshFold and our clients to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality service experience.
By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand the scope of services provided

You accept responsibility for preparing your items appropriately

You agree to comply with all service guidelines and safety requirements
FreshFold reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service at any time if these terms are not met.
Key Components of Our T&C Document
A. Laundry Preparation Requirements
FreshFold strictly provides folding services for pre-washed and fully dried laundry only.
By using our service, you agree that:

All laundry must be properly washed prior to pickup

All laundry must be completely dried (not damp or wet)
-
Items must be free of excessive odors, mildew, or residue
FreshFold reserves the right to:

Refuse service for any laundry that is not properly prepared

Return laundry in its original, unfolded condition if requirements are not met
No refunds will be issued for services refused due to improper preparation.
B. Pest, Insect, and Contamination Policy
For the safety of our staff and facilities, all laundry and bags must be completely free of insects, pests, and rodents.
By using our service, you agree that:

Your laundry and all bags provided are free of any insects, pests, larvae, or rodents

You have taken all reasonable steps to ensure your items are safe and sanitary
If FreshFold determines, at its sole discretion, that any laundry:

Contains insects, pests, or rodents
-
Shows signs of infestation or contamination
Then:
-
The laundry will not be folded
-
The laundry will be immediately returned in the same condition as received
C. Client Financial Responsibility for Contamination
If it is determined that your laundry contains insects, pests, or rodents, you agree that:

You are fully responsible (100%) for any costs associated with contamination, including but not limited to:
-
Extermination services (one-time or recurring)
-
Facility cleaning and sanitation
-
Equipment treatment or replacement
-
Any related damages or operational disruptions
-
These costs will be billed directly to the client and must be paid in full upon receipt.
D. Service Limitations
FreshFold is not responsible for:

Items left in pockets (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics)
-
Damage caused by improper prior washing or drying
-
Shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric deterioration
Clients are encouraged to:

Empty all pockets
-
Separate delicate or special-care items
-
Clearly communicate any special handling requests
E. Payment Terms

All services are subject to a minimum charge of $30 per bag

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension
F. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshFold’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. Under no circumstances shall FreshFold be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
G. Right to Refuse Service
FreshFold reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

Violation of these Terms and Conditions

Abusive or inappropriate client behavior
4. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or using FreshFold services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
